The cold rolling process results in plates that are more precise and smooth, offering better mechanical performance and surface aesthetics.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Heating
Steel slabs are heated to temperatures between 1100°C and 1300°C in a furnace to facilitate the rolling process.
Rolling

Cooling and Coiling

Pickling and Annealing

Cold Rolling

Coiling and Packaging
Finally, the cold rolled steel plates are coiled, packaged, and ready for shipping to customers.
